This integrative experience is designed to unblock physical and mental stagnation to foster feelings of peace and vitality. Sessions include a gentle movement practice based in yoga and qi gong and several styles of meditation, including yoga nidra. Essential oils, sound healing and oracle cards are incorporated to enhance your experience.

Dinacharya is the Ayurvedic term for daily. Our dinacharya are the things we integrate into our daily routines that promote self-care and balance. The word originates from the Sanskrit words dina ( for day) and acharya ( for activity or practice.)
