Learn yoga in a fun & encouraging environment. We'll use storytelling, play, dance, obstacle courses and other age appropriate activities to learn yoga skills while keeping little minds and bodies engaged.

The Full Buck Moon rises in the heart of summer. Named for the season when deer grow new antlers, this moon symbolizes regeneration, embodiment, and inner power. Under its luminous glow, we gather in sacred circle for a shamanic breathwork journey using conscious connected breathing technique. This is a powerful practice that uses intentional, rhythmic breathing to help release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and promote mental clarity. It can access deeper states of awareness, support healing, and enhance overall well-being—often leading to feelings of peace, insight, and emotional release. This is combined with healing touch and energy clearings by Shamanistic Practitioner, Seven Directions Breathwork Facilitator and Reiki Master, Marissa Rignola.

This integrative experience is designed to unblock physical and mental stagnation to foster feelings of peace and vitality. Sessions include a gentle movement practice based in yoga and qi gong and several styles of meditation, including yoga nidra. Essential oils, sound healing and oracle cards are incorporated to enhance your experience.

Lie back in comfort, guided into relaxation with soothing breathwork and gentle stretching before being enveloped in healing frequencies from instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum, shruti box and voice. This calming, therapeutic session will help you unwind and reconnect with yourself. Reflect on your personal experience with guided writing prompts focused on personal growth. This isn’t about passive meditation- it’s about sound that moves through you and forces you to feel, release, and recalibrate.

Led by E-RYT 500 Teresa Strano, this all-levels beach yoga class invites you to group, breathe, and flow as the sun dips below the horizon, casting golden light over the shoreline. Feel the ocean breeze, the warmth of the sand and the steady rhythm of your breath in harmony with the sea.
Following practice, stay to savor a locally sourced, seasonally inspired meal prepared by Chef Christina Garruppo. This vegetarian meal is prepared with local & sustainable ingredients that celebrate the best our East End Farmers have to offer.
