This integrative experience is designed to unblock physical and mental stagnation to foster feelings of peace and vitality. Sessions include a gentle movement practice based in yoga and qi gong and several styles of meditation, including yoga nidra. Essential oils, sound healing and oracle cards are incorporated to enhance your experience.

Step into the radiant stillness of the Summer Solstice- a sacred portal of light, transformation, & expansion.  This heart-centered workshop invites you to align with the powerful solar energy leading into the longest day of the year through a slow flow & a deep restorative yoga practice, intuitive Reiki healing, & intentional breath work.

 

Together, we will create a sacred space to pause, reflect and open to the inner light that mirrors the sun's peak brilliance.  Through movement, supported postures, subtle energy work & guided meditation, you'll be gently led back to your center- where clarity, healing & diving presence reside.

Learn yoga in a fun & encouraging environment. We'll use storytelling, play, dance, obstacle courses and other age appropriate activities to learn yoga skills while keeping little minds and bodies engaged.

The Full Buck Moon rises in the heart of summer. Named for the season when deer grow new antlers, this moon symbolizes regeneration, embodiment, and inner power. Under its luminous glow, we gather in sacred circle for a shamanic breathwork journey using conscious connected breathing technique. This is a powerful practice that uses intentional, rhythmic breathing to help release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and promote mental clarity. It can access deeper states of awareness, support healing, and enhance overall well-being—often leading to feelings of peace, insight, and emotional release. This is combined with healing touch and energy clearings by Shamanistic Practitioner, Seven Directions Breathwork Facilitator and Reiki Master, Marissa Rignola.
